I had no idea that people were still making these types of animations. This one is pretty mediocre, not much happens and there's actually very little animation involved.

You can test these things locally. There's no need to waste everyone's time with this sort of upload. Even as a standalone animation, it's not that good.

I liked it.

You could definitely afford to up the frames-per-second and take more time with drawing each frame.

Other than that, though, this is a cute little animation.
